We’re here for you.

• Help & Feedback in the app

In the app under settings → “Hilfe” (help): send an idea, a problem or a question. You get a ticket number and our reply right in the thread.

• Report something

The fastest way is right in the app: use “Melden” (report) on a profile, photo or comment or in a chat. The reported person never finds out who reported them.

• By email

For everything else – including privacy requests and questions about your account without the app: support@gaymate.app

• Acute danger

If you or someone else is in danger, contact the police immediately (in Germany: 110) or call the emergency number 112.

Want to delete your account? Here’s how – with and without the app.
